Product & Quality
What is 1 gram gold plated jewellery? +
It is brass (or alloy) base jewellery finished with a fine layer of 24K gold plating — roughly 1 gram of gold across the piece. The look and feel are very close to solid gold at a fraction of the price.
Is the jewellery anti-tarnish? +
Yes. Every piece carries an anti-tarnish, skin-safe coating that protects the gold finish from oxidation and dulling under normal everyday wear.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? +
Our coating is nickel-free and skin-friendly. If you have a known metal allergy, we suggest testing the piece on a small area first.
Will the colour fade over time? +
With reasonable care the finish holds beautifully for years. Direct contact with water, sweat, perfume and harsh chemicals is what shortens its life.
Care & Maintenance
How should I store my jewellery? +
Keep each piece in the pouch or box it came in, away from humidity. Avoid mixing pieces together — friction is the easiest way to scratch plating.
Can I wear it in water or while bathing? +
No. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or washing hands with soap. Water and detergent strip the protective coating fastest.
How do I clean it? +
Wipe gently with a dry, soft cotton cloth after wear. Do not use polish, toothpaste, or jewellery cleaners meant for solid gold — they will damage the plating.
What should I avoid? +
Perfume, deodorant, hair spray, sweat, sea water and chlorine. Apply all of these before wearing the jewellery, not after.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days depending on the pincode.
Do you ship pan-India? +
Yes, we ship across India. International shipping is available on request — please contact us before placing the order.
Is Cash on Delivery available? +
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes. You will see the option at checkout if your area is serviceable.
How do I track my order? +
A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day exchange on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable.
How do I request a return or exchange? +
Message us on WhatsApp or call within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange pickup or share a return address.
When will I get my refund? +
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? +
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery in serviceable areas.
Is online payment secure? +
Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
Custom & Bridal
Do you take custom orders? +
Yes — bridal sets, mangalsutra, pendant sets and matching combinations can be made to order. Share a reference image via WhatsApp to begin.
How long do custom pieces take? +
Typical turnaround is 10–15 business days, depending on the design and current workload. Bridal sets may take longer.
Can I see the piece before paying in full? +
For custom orders we share photos and a short video of the finished piece for approval before final dispatch.
